COVID-19: Possible delays in delivery

Dear customers,

we have taken all measures to maintain our service offer and delivery times for you, despite the current difficult situation regarding COVID-19: So far, our decentralized logistics processes have made it possible to react to the restrictions in trade and logistics and to make immediate adjustments.

Unfortunately, the increased occurrence of Europe-wide border controls as well as the closure of borders to neighbouring countries is also having an impact on our service areas. We expect delays in our procurement and delivery processes and cannot guarantee any specific delivery dates at the moment.

We kindly ask you to be patient should your goods not arrive at the specified time. The current situation presents us all with challenges and we are doing everything we can to adapt our work processes to the current situation.

We have also expanded our measures internally once again and have introduced a home office obligation to protect our employees. In this way, we want to counteract the further spread of the COVID-19 virus and avoid infections.

We would like to ask for your understanding in this respect as well, should the usual communication channels take a little longer. We are currently optimising all existing processes in the best possible way to meet current conditions.
