With our different shipping options for your order you remain flexible and you have the choice.

Choose standard delivery or express delivery, as well as an optional delivery notification and receive your goods anytime and wherever you need it.

Standard Delivery

If you submit your order within the order acceptance deadline, we will hand over your delivery to the transport service provider on the same day. Thus, our standard delivery time for original or cut lengths is one or two working days within Germany.

From our warehouse in Wroclaw, Poland, deliveries within Germany usually take two or three working days.

Deliveries to German islands usually take one working day longer.

Express delivery

For the individual control of your delivery, please find below the available listed services (so far this service only is provided for German customers):

Notification of delivery

We offer you the option of a notification by phone, whereby the freight forwarder agrees a delivery date with you in advance. Thereby, the delivery needs to be hold back at the carrier's warehouse for a short time, which can lead to a delay in delivery time. Parcel deliveries are excluded from this service.

As an alternative, there is the option of a notification on the delivery tour. Here you will be informed about the expected arrival time via phone call by the driver (in the case of a forwarding delivery) or via SMS or email (in the case of a parcel delivery).
